“Duality” is an interactive audio-visual installation created by Sky Kung. Sound and abstract imagery generated in real time through a dual channel custom signal generation system. Inspired by early abstract animators and media artists who turned engineering instruments i.e. oscilloscopes into creative tools, this work reimagines this experimental practice in a new context.

The system is designed as a live audio-visual instrument, allowing the audience to shape and observe gradual shifts in tone and form through a custom control panel that translates algorithms into intuitive interactions. Evolving lissajous graphics and microtonal oscillating electronic sounds immerse viewers within an L shaped LED wall environment, transforming the space into a dynamic field of sonic and visual resonance.
